Made in India TV shipments grew by 33% QoQ in Q3 of 2022. The total shipments for Made in India TVs reached 5 million units during the quarter. According to the latest Counterpoint Research report, in the electronics wearables category, the TWS (truly wireless stereo) segment led in terms of local manufacturing, as close to 37% of the TWS shipments during the quarter were made in India. The rise in Made in India TV shipments in Q3 was mainly boosted by the festive season and the discounts and offers that were offered to customers during that time....

Malaysian carriers Celcom Axiata, DiGi Telecommunications, Telekom Malaysia, and U Mobile have now agreed to join the much-delayed commercial 5G network built and managed by government organisation Digital Nasional Berhad for a period of 10 years (DNB). ACT Fibernet, India’s third largest broadband service provider on Monday unveiled its broadband plans with increased prices across eight cities. The company with a subscriber base of 1.54 million as of January 31, 2020, on Thursday issued an email notification over the price hike to its subscribers in selected cities across India. In its email notification, ACT Fibernet said that its broadband plans had constant prices despite “increased cost of operations,” one of the factors that led to the company increasing its prices....
